I chose this as my favorite photograph. I think it is quite unique that Rosato caught the men in the fall between the helicoptor and breaking the water.

Rosato was standing on a sandbar island in the lake.

it was shot at 1/320 shutter speed

it had an aperature of f/13.0

Negative Critique

There do not seem to be any problems with my negatives, they are all good exposures. One of the best exposures is a shot of a girl in the class trying to untangle herself from the group, it is from a 3/4 angle and captures quite a bit of expression, she is pretty well centered in the frame. Another good exposure is one of a guy in this class trying to negotiate his group outof their knot, he is the only person in the frame and has a ponderous look on his face. #1-6.

ATPI Photo Contest

This was my favorite entry in the ATPI photography contest. I find the brightness, the variation in color, the stillness of the water and the reflection of the sky inspiring. The perspective is also unique.

Pinhole Critique Blog

This was a pinhole image that I did not like. First of all, the shot is of a basket, which is quite boring. Also, it is blurred. I'm not crazy about the angle or perspective of this photograph either.

This pinhole image was the one I did like. The lighting and the color are unique, it is clear, and taken from an interesting angle. It also seems like the photographer was able to somewhat capture the essence of an inner
city.

Photo Critique

Left: This is the "great picture," the photographer filled the frame with what he/she wanted to shoot. The girl in the photo is in the middle of composing a sentence, making for an interesting photo.

Left: This is the "not so great photo," there is a lot of extra space, and the girl photographed does not occupy much of the space, taking the focus off of her and making it easy to get distracted by other things in the room.
